    Roles & Responsibilities

    We were first established in Oct 2021, but as a 2nd generation business, we have been in this hair industry trade locally for 40 years.

    With the opening of a new concept salon, we are seeking an enthusiastic, talented, and versatile Chocolate Maker to join our dynamic team.

    You'll play a vital role in crafting our delicious, high-quality chocolates, from bean to bar and incoporating into our bakes as a new concept.

    Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

    • Tempering chocolate
    • Molding and enrobing
    • Developing and executing recipes
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.
    • Following established production procedures and adhering to food safety regulations.

    Requirement:

    • A passion for chocolate and food
    • Ability to absorb new information in a fast-paced environment and to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
    • Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
    • The ability to take directions as well as self-direct.
    • Keen attention to detail. You adhere to quality standards even when it's not convenient.
    • Excellent time management skills. You use your time efficiently and proactively look for other tasks when you have finished your task and have unexpected downtime.
    • Ability to perform tasks requiring long hours of standing, bending and walking throughout the shift.
    • Working days: 6 days per week, off day on weekday (negotiable)
