    Roles & Responsibilities

    Venley Tyre Singapore is a fast-growing SME with global ambitions. Started in 2020, we have grown exponentially year on year by capturing the Singapore industrial tyre market with a strong product and brand, while expanding into regional markets. We are now setting our sights on global distribution, and we are looking for the right team to join us.

    Job description for Admin Executive

    A) Admin/Accounts:

    a. Record customers' service reports and generate daily invoices

    b. Prepare overseas trade documents

    c. Create, print, file and send invoices to customers (digital and hard copy)

    d. Update and summarise customers' account receivables weekly and monthly

    e. Record company expenses accurately and manage suppliers' payables (digital and hard copy)

    f. Prepare monthly documents file to hand-over to accountant

    B) Stock check:

    a. Keep track of stock movements daily, and make weekly summaries

    b. Work closely with workshop staff on accurate tracking

    c. Work with management on stock ordering, in particular, to coordinate with factory on new orders and order management

    C) General Admin:

    a. Create and maintain customer database

    b. Coordinate technicians' daily job schedule and attendance

    c. Support in errands and secretarial tasks when needed (such as arranging appointments, organising meetings etc)

    Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level
    • Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel and powerpoint)
    • Previous experience in administrative role is preferred
    • Positive attitude and able to work independently
    • Being well organised and able to multi-task
    • Willing to work in an industrial setting (workshop) near Pioneer MRT
    • Able to communicate effectively with China suppliers
