As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising general transport operations and activities
Planning and scheduling manpower and transportation resources
Preparing and documenting transportation operations reports
Supervise a transport operations team and work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his work
Identify risk factors that impact efficiency and safety of transport execution
Perform incident or crisis management initiatives
Plan continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities
Supervise teams at work

Requirements:

2 years expereince in managing fleet of 30 to 50 drivers
Possess a valid Class 3, Class 4 driving license or forklift license would be an advantage
Goaloriented and selfmotivated
Able to work in a fastpaced environment and communicate well with all levels
Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Application
Attention to detail, mature, positive, and able to work independently and in a team
