The Operations Team:

We are the pillar of our team, the ones flying from the office to the ground at the drop of a hat, those who ensure the harmony of resources through discipline and livening the company's core values.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:

Recruitment, training and overall operations performance
Improvement of current processes and standard operating procedures using data analytics
Collaboration across different departments to handle any logistical or administrative needs
Stocktaking in collaboration with the Operations team
Scheduling of work for the operations team to ensure complete coverage of schedule
Ensuring data-capturing for all jobs done for admin/accounts recording
Liaison with all stakeholders, from employees to customers

Logistics (Planning):

Analysing and collecting data to create deployment and schedule plans for our transport team
Identifying, measuring and tracking of deployment and transport movement
Collaboration with Operations team for day to day activities
Formulating, tracking and altering KPI if necessary

Requirements:

At least Nitec in Business and Logistics Management or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Up for a challenge to help drive change in the company
Good communication skills, proactive, self driven, resourceful, and enjoy hands-on work
Not shy to share brilliant ideas and voice them out
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
You have good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range:

Up to $3,500 (subject to experience and qualification)
