Description
**Our client is a listed company in marine and shipping industry Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Marine Personnel Coordinator to join their Crewing Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.


Duties of Marine Personnel Coordinator:


  • Source and interview potential senior officers in coordination with department heads.
  • Manage redeployment of former seafarers.
  • Verify and arrange necessary medical checkups and certification checks.
  • Maintain uptodate personnel files and monitor document expiries.
  • Coordinate crew planning and ensure efficient crew changes.

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma or marine related certificates.
  • Experience working in offshore / marine related industry and ship agency is an added advantge
