Description

**Our client is a listed company in metal products fabrication. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their Finance Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Finance Manager:

Oversee groupwide financial activities, including consolidation, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis.
Prepare materials and reports for Board, Audit, and Committee Meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.
Collaborate on the financial yearend process, coordinating with all Group entities for reporting and Group financial statement preparation.
Manage taxrelated tasks, encompassing quarterly GST filing, corporate tax computation, and transfer pricing compliance.
Monitor and report deviations in revenue and expenses, analyzing key value drivers.
Identify and address internal control weaknesses, proposing measures to enhance control effectiveness.
Support the implementation of a new ERP system and facilitate process harmonization across the Group.
Act as a liaison with auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, company secretary, tax, and accounting agents.
Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.
