- Managing team skills, competencies, and knowledge.
- Anticipating succession planning.
- Developing processes, methods, and tools for improved services.
- Managing budget, risks, and opportunities in coordination with FHS Programs.
- Ensuring integration of FHS Engineering activities within AIRBUS FHS and the overall organization.
- Manage issue exchange, communication, and escalation with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle interface with OEMs and suppliers for technical queries.
- Stay updated on technology standards and industry trends.
- Contribute to enhancing the value of FHS services.
- Provide business expertise for solution development.
- Test and implement solutions, monitor cost reduction and performance improvements.
- Minimum degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance license.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with strong leadership skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Airline/MRO engineering.
- Great organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management and continuous improvement skills.
- Maintenance environment experience is a plus.
