- Pitch new solutions/products like Activate & Convert to agencies

- Conduct quarterly business reviews and ongoing direct client management and entertainment
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and grow your industry knowledge
- 6+ years applicable experience in either Business Development, Account Management or Sales roles in the Ad Tech or digital industry
- Knowledge of sales planning, trading or investment planning preferred
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Proven experience and success selling Programmatic offerings (specifically PMPs) into major Brands and Advertisers, with CTV and addressability experience
- Ability to build strong relationships in market and have existing contacts at Agencies or with Advertisers directly
- Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including; pricing models, optimisation tactics, audience trends and buying technologies preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, strong experience analysing data sets to be able to provide recommendations back to either clients directly or various internal teams
- Strong presentation (Including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in 2nd language: Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia a plus
- Travel expected in the SEA region across all markets

Position Description
The Advertiser Solutions manager is a highly visible and strategically important sales role at PubMatic. We are looking for an individual whose digital media experience has given her or him a keen understanding of agency buying process and a mastery of the full programmatic supply chain. PubMatic is changing the conversation around how buyers access supply through SPO partnerships and launching products like Activate & Convert.
Working from our Singapore office, the Ad Solutions manager will be tasked with engaging executives at major agencies, challenging their current assumptions, and selling in new partnership ideas. Successfully doing so requires a strategic, collaborative thinker who can bring in other PubMatic directors, executives, and subject-matter experts as needed. The Ad Solutions manager also manages DSP and Agency account executives who can help move larger partnerships forward through their conversations and day-to-day account management.
The ideal candidate has deep relationships within agency holding companies and advertisers. He or she enjoys networking at industry functions, staying current on the latest programmatic trends, and proactively seeking out knowledge specific to the inner-workings of PubMatic's technology. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a record of progressive responsibility and accomplishments in digital media and/or technology sales, and will have strong knowledge of all facets of inventory yield strategies and operational requirements for real time media monetization.
