[What the role is]


As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

  • Oversee the manpower planning for ITE and ensure that the Establishments have adequate manpower for their strategic and operational needs and is within the Manpower Management Framework. This includes restructuring of Establishments and conversion of posts etc.
  • Report academic staffing on a regular basis, analyse manpower data and review related manpower policies.
  • Implement HR tech initiatives to help drive the HR digital transformation efforts in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for HR processes.
  • You may have the opportunity to be assigned tasks and projects related to other functions of Human Resource.
[What we are looking for]

  • Strong credentials with relevant experience in HR preferred
  • Experience in Workday and Data analytics preferred
  • Meticulous with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment, both in teams as well as independently
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
