Description

**Our client is a Premium Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Store Supervisor to join their Team, in hopes of developing their current high performing team. They are located at Central.

Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operation such as open closing of store, plan rosters daily and monthly stock count, ensure sales targets are achieved.
Responsible for product training to sales staff and provide feedbacks for team performance
Responsible for customers' complaints, defective items and manage their expectations
Ensure that all Store's set ups are in order such as lighting, fixtures and display materials
Ensure proper handle of customer data, stock and inventory are on healthy level
Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently
Any adhoc matter as assigned

Requirements:
