Scope of Work:

ISO20022 Migration
- Oversee strategic roadmap, development, governance and risk for L4L, CBPR+ and SCRIPS migration.
- Managed JIRA board for both payments and securities messages to ensure technology team solutions the created epics and user stories for payments messages within the timeframe.
- To ensure connectivity and readiness tests are established in UAT environment before industry test days.
- Built contingency plan for ISO20022 to mitigate unforeseen events and input strategies to address certain scenarios.

Cross Border / Worldlink
- Worked with regional and TTS sales partners to drive new initiatives to uncover new flows.
- Looked into internal flows that are not position efficiently and redirect specific currency flows to obtain higher revenue.
- Ensure new changes in currency regulation are promptly communicated to sales.

Fax Termination / DocuSign Implementation
- Designed new process flow from scratch to integrate all manual forms to have DocuSign functionalities replacing legacy systems. 
- Lead multiple country partners to enable DocuSign and integrate with their local systems & product processors.
- Created new forms to replace legacy ones to speed up processing turnaround time.
