• Responsible for line production within cGMP as per standard operating  procedure.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment parameters according to the process relevant SOP, including daily maintenance and problem solving for achieve quality and daily’s output.
• Collect test samples on different stages of the process and act based on the result as per relevant SOP.
• Responsible for the safe use of appropriate chemical solutions to ensure cleanest and most highly sanitized equipment.
• Comply with SOP, GMP, GDP, sanitation Procedures and Compliance with company policy.
• Data logging for daily operation and cGMP system.
• initiate’s follow-up preventive and corrective action as per relevant SOP to ensure continue safe and reliable plant operation. Perform basic troubleshooting for process equipment’s.
• Ensure 6S in production and process area are within control., Provide and involve in Kaizen activities.

Prepare and review daily usage documents such as Batch record form, equipment inspection form and checklist documents
