Jocelyn Bautista

I am a planner for 19 years.  I have spent 11 years out of that in Singapore. I am very familiar with multi-cultural and multinational work environment after working in multiple semiconductor companies. I have significant knowledge in Demand-Supply, Production, New Product Introduction and Material Planning in multi-national/multi-cultural Semiconductor companies both in Philippines & Singapore. Handled wide range of products that require active collaborations with globally & regionally.
 

After I got my Bachelor's degree, I immediately worked as a Production planner in a Semiconductor Company, then as a Business planner. After 7 years of professionally working as planner, in the Philippines. I moved to Singapore where I worked for another Semiconductor company as a Supply Chain Planner, for 9 years. Then moved to a different role, as a Material Planner/ New Product Planner for 2 years, in the same company. 

I can function very well within a team or in collaboration with other teams. I am very familiar with multi-cultural and multinational work environment. In the course of my career, I became very familiar with Supply Chain operations and systems. I have developed process flows and proposed improvements, authored training materials and was a trainer of different planning process and systems that contribute to the team’s efficiency and issue resolutions and helped with company revenue.   

I am very familiar with SAP system and with great knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
