Adeline Yap has 23 years of extensive SAP ERP implementation and support experience from working with large MNC and Government agencies in industries such as the Ministry of Defence, Oil & Gas Utilities, Manufacturing Industry (Semiconductor, Electrical and Electronic, Consumable), Transport & Logistics, Telecommunications, Chemical Industry, and Real Estate Management.

She has been the lead consultant implementing SAP Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Project System and integration with other SAP modules such as Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance and Human Resource Management. She has also implemented and supported several projects across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Australia & US. Her work covers blueprint design, hands-on configuration & development, data conversion, training & testing to post-go-live support work in consulting & end-user environments. • Seven (7) full SAP life cycle implementation in FICO/PS (SAP ECC)  and 1 S/4 Hana project 
• Perform the role as Senior/Lead FICO consultant on SAP projects, ensure good requirement gathering from the Key users which she excels due to her good understanding of the business process from her vast experience from numerous project involvement and relevant educational background.
• Perform Feasibility study and GAP analysis of the client ERP legacy system (AS-IS) and evaluating the ERP system program need.
• Prepare 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' process mapping & business requirements Blueprint document on the SAP ERP system to be implemented.
• Developed Prototype system to gain user consensus on SCOPE to be implemented. 
• Her configuration activities include setting up Financial General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Management, Cash Management, Treasury and Cost Extended Withholding Tax, Taxes on sales and purchases. Controlling module such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders Project Accounting, Enterprise consolidation, Profitability Analysis
• FICO Integration with HR-Payroll, Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution Billing (SD), Production Planning (PP), Project System (PS), and Investment Management (IM).
• SAP Reports development using Report Painter/writer, BW Web reporting & BEX Analyzer
• Identify the new customized program to be developed, such as Interface Program, SAP User exit, IDoc program, and develop Functional Specifications for user sign-off & Technical Specifications for ABAP programmer to start the programming. 
• Work with ABAPER to develop Interface Development using XI, BAPI/ IDOC /ALE
• Conduct Unit and Regression testing, assisting the ABAPER in the debugging of the program and ensure the program pass the testing guideline, good performance and meet the user specification
• Conduct Integration testing to ensure the system is fully configured and able to perform according to the business scenario. 
• Conduct User Training, & preparation of Test Conditions & Scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Guide the user to conduct a proper user acceptance test and demonstrate the solution for the test scenario to be tested.
• Prepare End-user training material and conduct end-user training before the project goes live. 
• Prepare System documentation and SOP Work Instruction / 
• End-User Documentation for go-live
• Involved in Data Conversion of Master Data & Transactional Data from Legacy Systems to SAP. Data Gap Analysis & Mapping. (Utility Programming tools used included: BDC, LSMW, SAP Query)
• Security Profile and User Role Mapping. Authorization Matrix Design
• Conduct Parallel runs and ensures the system is ready for Go-live.
• Involved in System Go-live and provided after Go-Live support.
