• Started an Asia Pacific Newsroom to collaborate with international communications team and at least eight different divisions to direct and produce regular, meaningful and effective content such as articles, posts, visuals and video clips, that attracted strong viewership among the 14,000 audience members across the region, to align with company’s vision
• Assessed, authored and strategised executive communications for president and the leadership team for speeches at town hall, external engagements, messages on internal communications platforms and social media posts 

Education

• Initiated, supervised and facilitated new events, processes, organizational culture for a new school which combined three separate sections to achieve high scores in satisfaction surveys
• Integrated and streamlined management processes to support more functions with less resources by using digital tools such as Articulate Rise, Flip Grid and Google Classroom
• Started and managed a successful new three-year diploma with new modules, for 12 batches of students who won scholarships, pursued higher education and became sought-after employees in the media and communications sectors
• Supervised lecturers and administrative officers to streamline work processes and achieve desired goals, with very low turnover rates and high satisfaction
• Established Newsroom, the first student-led interest group, which produced meaningful digital content for, by and about youth that attracted high membership and strong viewership
• Accomplished the following awards – Educator Award, Excellence in Teaching Award, Excellence in Care & Guidance Award, E-learning Award
• Top three educator in terms of high student feedback score every semester
• Established key partnerships with key industry players which provided scholarship, internship and employment opportunities to students
• Awarded POSB-Neighbours First SG grant to produce documentary – Pasar People and received SGD50,000 to promote community stories

• Directed and produced new formats for news, current affairs and lifestyle programs for an international audience that are still being used today
