• Scheduling of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance works. Ensuring works are carried out safely and timely with proper complete documentation as per Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
• Track and update legal documentation ensuring all are valid and within expiry period. Schedule for renewal of documentation before end of expiry.
• Manage various stakeholders and vendors through high-interpersonal skills while ensuring a streamlined service in the most cost effective manner. To keep respective clients updated till completion of works.
• Managing annual shutdown with building and required vendors.
• Oversee and plan bi-yearly fire drill exercise. Provide a regular report to the building management and internal organisation. 
• Communicate and work in tandem to close out issues with various sites regionally.
• Reinforce ethical values into business practices on a monthly basis.
• Attending trainings to revise, improve and be equipped with knowledge, skills and tasks. 
• Conduct weekly site walks and document findings. To follow up findings with PM/CM works and monitor till issue rectified.
