For 13 years, I have developed a diverse and extensive background as a Human Resources Practitioner, with a strong focus on the Maritime industry. For 7 years, I honed my HR skills and expertise in the Maritime sector, gaining valuable insights into its unique challenges and requirements.

Additionally, I spent 2 years as a Customer Service Representative in the fast-paced and dynamic BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industries, which allowed me to enhance my communication and problem-solving abilities while catering to diverse customer needs.

I have also gained exposure to various other industries throughout my career, spending 4 years in different sectors. This broad experience has equipped me with adaptability and the ability to apply my HR and customer service knowledge to different organizational contexts.

I graduated with an MBA major in Human Resources Management and Development in March 2016. This degree equipped me with comprehensive knowledge and skills in various aspects of HR management and development, providing a solid foundation for my career in the field.

Additionally, I pursued further education in the form of a Master of Arts in Organization Development, successfully completing 36 units. My coursework in this program focused on understanding the dynamics of organizations and how to implement effective strategies for growth and change.

While I have completed all the required coursework for the Master of Arts in Organization Development, I am only lacking my thesis to finalize the degree. This demonstrates my commitment to continuous learning and professional development, which has further enhanced my qualifications as an HR professional with expertise in organization development.
