I am an extremely multi-tasking, seasoned and commercially-astute Senior Executive with experience in public and private sectors, covering B2G, B2B, B2C, business and education management across APAC. In all that I do, I strive to 'finish strong' and not merely 'finishing well'. In the mist (not just midst) of life's uncertainties, I sense for possibilities and not mere opportunities.

While I have a deep passion for revenue and profit growth, I believe that to strengthen myself, I have to first strengthen my co-workers and teammates. As a result of strengthened teams, I will naturally be strengthened as well. Intuitively I adopt a purpose-driven collaborative approach in my leadership style, engaging multiple stakeholders at C-level, management board, government officials, 3rd parties, delivering business strategies, capacities building and growth plans. 

As a natural leader with strong business instincts and drive to get things done, I am able to get the best out of each team member. I am experienced with change management, evaluating market research, KPIs, consumer trends, market development, business launch, and increasing shareholder value.

For the past decade, I am mainly an education & business professional who has lived & operated in 5 APAC cities (Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Yangon, Changzhou & Fuzhou) and travelled widely across 3 Vietnamese regions, 7 Burmese locations & 48 Chinese cities. 

I hold a UWS’ Sydney Graduate School of Management MBA. The topic of my thesis was “The Singapore Worker - Challenges & Implications” (2003). I also hold a BA (Merit) from NUS (2000) majoring in Political Science & Sociology, with minors in History & Economics. Concurrently I also have a Cert IV (Training & Assessment) TAE from Choice Training, Queensland Australia.
