Andreas Enderlin

Andreas is the Founder & Managing Partner of Hugo Capital Partners, a growth equity and advisory firm focused on Clean Tech, Industrial and B2B companies in Asia. Previously, he was the Regional President ASEAN and Aerospace AP of Schaeffler and a member of the Executive Management Board (EMM). 

Andreas is actively engaged as a mentor advising start-ups and SMEs in SEA/AP as well as being an active board member. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Swiss Cham Digital Transformation committee. 

Before his move to Asia Andreas held various corporate leadership roles at Siemens, the 3M Company and Straumann in General Management, M&A and Management Consulting and worked as a COO for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) start-up which he successfully excited to a strategic investor.

He then spent a number of years working for a Private Equity fund pursuing a distinctive Buy and Build strategy with a focus on operational value creation. The fund is specialized in forming leading, technology-oriented groups of 3 to 5 companies with the aim of substantial value creation.

Andreas’s core interests and experiences are around IIoT, Deep Tech, Robotics, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence and Private Equity. He passionate about helping companies and people thrive and enjoys nature, travelling and reading. Moreover, he is a passionate triathlete and runner.

He graduated with an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and attended various executive courses at IMD (Lausanne), INSEAD (Paris), LBS (London) and Stanford (US).
