Practical experience since 2007 in automotive after sales industry with Maxus Malaysia (SAIC), Hyundai Motor (Asia & Pacific RHQ), Hyundai Singapore, equipped with the following skills: 

 

  1. Warranty operation & management;
  2. Technical training & development;
  3. Remote and on-site diagnostic (OBDII);
  4. Electric mobility (HEV, PHEV, FCEV & BEV);
  5. Battery Electric Vehicle workshop development
  6. Diagnosing complex automotive electromechanical  systems such as DC storage, AC-DC converter and DC-DC converter;
  7. Analysis and troubleshoot for debug system and CAN protocols;
  8. Failure Analysis (FA) on Lithium & Nickel battery packs;
  9. Battery Management System (BMS) on the cells management, charge & discharge management, safety, EOL and others;
  10. Design of cell to modules, cell to pack and cell to chassis and blade type lithium battery.

 

Electrification of automotive is an exciting area where I am eager to learn the latest technology and products.

  1. Degree in Mechatronics Engineering
  2. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  3. Advanced Certificate in Learning And Performance (ACLP), Certified Trainer
