As a first-year university student majoring in Data Science, I have developed a strong foundation in analytical and organizational skills. While my academic focus is on data science, I am eager to gain real-world experience in a customer-focused environment. I have always been passionate about health and wellness, making the Pilates receptionist role an ideal opportunity to merge my interests. I have worked as a customer service receptionist where I have addressed customer concerns and inquiries, providing information on telecom services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, I have liased with different departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication within the company.
