Anne Bombales

Anne is a Certified Industrial Engineer. Graduated cum laude from one of the top Universities in the Philippines. 

Before entering the corporate sector she served as scholar, student assistant, and handled different leadership positions in her university organization. She was part of national and international leadership symposiums and conferences.

She started her career as a management trainee in one of the trusted construction companies in the Philippines where she gained experience on systems improvement, HR metrics and analytics, and quality management. She's one of the proponents of WASH project - a project that provides a toilet facility to public schools using plastic wastes.

Anne pursues her career in quality management and audits in Singapore where she handles management system and certifications of construction, engineering, and logistics companies. She also assists the top management with strategic planning and researches on new business ideas and investment ventures. 

Quality Systems & Internal Audit Manager

• Oversee all aspects of quality audits for various companies in steel fabrication, construction, and logistics industry
• Attends to supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous quality improvement
• Maintain 15 Company Certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, Bizsafe, EN 1090, SS EN 1090, DPTM)
• Establish and maintain Integrated (Quality, Safety, and Health) Management System of four companies
• Implement corrective actions using root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
• Lead overhaul of 4 Company Managements Systems and successfully achieve certification within a year.
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Safety to ensure effective quality and safety management
• Reduced 80% cost in implementing innovations and initiatives through process improvement and securing government grants.
