In my most recent work experience as a Rail Station Manager, I oversee the day to day operations and management
of NEL (North East Line), I am also responsible for the delivery of a quality customer service and effective
management of NEL station and co-ordinate with other operations and non-operations staff to ensure that a
safe, efficient and reliable service is provided for customers.
