I am looking for a job in Singapore now. I have 14 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation & control system and Automation system in process plant, Power plant, water plant.

1. Ensure maintenance work is executed effectively, efficiently and complied with safety and regulatory requirements.
2. To lead technicians and contractors to perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, overhaul maintenance, Installation-testing & commissioning activities of I&C equipment at site.
3. To carry out preventive maintenance of Instrumentation & control system, PLC, SCADA/HMI, DCS and make sure availability of all I&C equipment at all times. 
4. To carry out overhaul maintenance of Instrumentation and control system equipment.
5. Response and attend to plant failures and forced outages to ensure timely and proper rectification and restoration.
6. To troubleshoot on Instrumentation & control system, PLC, SCADA/HMI, DCS equipment and analyze root cause plant failure and outages.  
7. Modification, upgrading and installation of plant system and equipment where necessary for enhancement, availability and reliability improvements.
8. To carry out modification of PLC, SCADA/HMI, DCS programming according to PUB requirement.
9. To carry out programming and configuration of PLC, SCADA/HMI, DCS system as per PUB requirement.
10. To carry out PLC, HMI/SCADA programming backup activities for the system on yearly basis.
11. To perform loop check for all kind of filed instruments and control valves with PLC, SCADA, DCS system.
12. To carry out calibration of field instruments for Pressure, Flow, Level and temperature transmitters.
13. To carry out calibration of pH,Conductivity, Density analyzer.
14. To carry out calibration of load cell transducer/weighing scale for storage tanks.
15. To maintain and troubleshoot on pneumatic & hydraulic actuator/valves.
16. To carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot on UPS.
17. To attend emergency call breakdown issues and be committed for stand-by duties after office hours, weekend and public holiday.
18. To follow Permit To Work System, LOTO, PUB safety policies and regulations in the plant at all times.
19. To prepare monthly service report and check list upon completion of preventive maintenance and submit to PUB I&C Engineer.
20. Identify and initiate procurement of parts and services to meet the maintenance needs of the section including spare parts and external services for routine and breakdown maintenance
21. To prepare master PM schedule of I&C equipment.
22. To prepare and review of RA, MOS, SWP of activities pertaining to maintenance department.
23. To work on CMMS for updating and closing all preventive and corrective maintenance job cards.
24. Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians under my charge. 
25. To participate in monthly safety site walk and safety committee meeting.
