I have a Ph.D in Psychology and I worked with govt stakeholders and MNC clients and few of the research insights were leveraged for policy-making. 

I embrace an user centric mindset and leverage design thinking principles to offer meaningful experiences for the users.

I have completed 8 certifications pertinent to UX and XM. I can efficiently conduct usability studies, user interviews, run surveys analyse the data and come out with actionable initiatives that can help clients to solve their user issues. 

I conduct end to end research and use a gamut of research methods such as usability studies, user interviews, focus group discussions and surveys to identify users pain points and help organisations build products that offer great user experience. 

I did my Ph.D in Psychology and my research work deals with examining the effects of personal and job factors on employees job satisfaction and turnover intentions. Before doing my Ph.D I also did my M.phil in the area of Emotional Intelligence. I hold a Masters in Psychology and I secured a distinction. My Bachelor's in the area of Psychology, English literature and office management has also enhanced my drive to pursue my education in the area of Psychology.
