I am German national, with extensive European and Asian work experience, and great local and regional network. I am a successful entrepreneur and a nurturing mentor with a strong track record in helping several companies across various industries (e-commerce, global trade, manufacturing, procurement, retail, services, supply chain) with change management, organization development, business growth and strategy with a strong focus on the Asian market. I have even pioneered my own company, BRINGit, which has consistently grew and maintain profitability since its founding. Prior to that, I owe my success to the wealth of experience in helping organisations, of various size and structure (family businesses, non-profit organisations, public listed companies, start-ups and small medium enterprises), developed new business models, improved process efficiencies and grew business volume.
