Erika Ng

I am Erika, a third-year undergraduate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sociology at the National University of Singapore (NUS). I am keen to acquire diverse working experiences to broaden my horizons and challenge myself whenever an opportunity arises.

I have completed internships at the Ministry of Culture, Community, and Youth (MCCY) as well as Halogen Foundation Singapore (HFS). They focus on citizen partnership and engagement, and youth leadership respectively. My other work experiences include a teaching stint at a student care centre, Ace Star Learning Centre, photography work under the management of Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI), as well as facilitating group tours as a docent attached to the Arts Science Musuem.

I am currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) programme, Sociology, in NUS – and I am progressing onto my Honours year this coming August 2023. Prior to university, I was enrolled in the Arts stream in Jurong Pioneer Junior College and combined humanities track in Swiss Cottage Secondary School.
