I have total of 10 years experience in CCTV, CABLING for cctv, access control, networking, Project management and Supervision. I have graduated as M.sc software engineer from Sathyabama university,tamilnadu India. I started my career as a service technician in a startup company and learnt the basics of the cctv cabling and troubleshooting of cctv, etc. After 3years i joined in another small office where as a project engineer. I joined in that office to develop my skills for my career. While working there i learned many skills such as project management, client satisfaction, time management, planning, organizing, responsibility / accountability etc. Dues to my personal life issues i have to resign that Job. After that i joined as a chief project engineer where i had responsibilities such as project management and entire project operations. After that due to the financial issues the company has shut down. Few months later i joined as a project engineer, to my previous employer where i held the responsibilities such as system oriented works, supervision, site _work safety, reporting to the management regarding the work completed, handling clients requests and needs, planning with the client how the project is to be executed as per the planning proposed, tutoring the clients about the software and how to use it, etc.Testing of products and arranging it to the project needs, etc. I have handled two complete mnc client project each worth of 4 - 6million Sgd from the starting till end of the project. I have certification in lenel access control, Amag symmetry v9, essential sql.

 Installing the Server and Client Software of the Access Control, SQL Software, CCTV Client software, etc.
 Testing the new controller, CCTV camera and configuring it as per customer requirements.
 Generating the reports regarding the project status and sending the reports to the superior and clients, along with the next day requirements and work plans.   
 Site Survey, Preparing estimation, Quotations and Floor plan or drawing.
 Creating the workflow procedure and explaining to the team members what we going to do and how we going to do. Clarifying the doubts if any of the team members have.
 Supervising the team & Finish the project within the given Time-frame and with all necessary safety procedures. 
 Handover the Site to the client with giving proper demo and knowledge about the project.
 Giving training to the client or in charge person regarding how to use the software, extracting the reports, etc. 
 Supporting the new and existing clients with AMC and if they have any doubts in the system setup.
 Managing the team for on Call Services & Troubleshooting.
