Production Department — Leads weekly meetings to ensure product
manufacturing is on schedule.
Shipment Department — Ensures the shipments are closely followed
up and on track with the shipment schedules.
Sample Development Department – Manages the company’s new
products and buyers’ OEM furniture.
R&D Department – Communicates buyers’ requests for packaging
improvements, drawings, or assembly instruction manuals
