- A Law undergraduate with strong academic track record
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and another language

- Attention to details
- reviewing and drafting of contractual documents relating to the trading and business activities of TEGPA and its subsidiary/affiliates
- drafting and filing of company secretarial and governance documents
- preparing regulatory licence applications and be involved in other regulatory matters
- undertaking legal research
- updating and maintaining TEGPA's Contracts Register and internal contract electronic filing system
- performing ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervising lawyer(s)
- participating in the deployment of the Compliance program and the compliance risk mapping for TEGPA
- providing broad legal support to the Head of Legal to ensure the proper administration of corporate and administration functions
- assisting in the development of TEGPA's systems, policies and guides on legal and regulatory issues
