Research Intern

Cognitive, Neuroimaging and Blood Biomarker Profile of Individuals with Subjective Cognitive Impairment (SCI) in the Southeast Asian Cohort

• Investigated the differences between cognitively normal individuals and SCI individuals to establish a clearer and more accurate profile of SCI in Southeast Asia
• Compiled cognitive data and biological marker data of over 300 clinical research participants and writing a research paper on categorisation of individuals with subjective cognitive impairment.
• Independently conducted neuropsychological assessments such as Montreal Cognitive Assessment and Clinical Dementia Rating assessments and processed blood samples. 
• Technical Skills: Montreal Cognitive Assessment Certification, Clinical Dementia Rating Dementia Staging Instrument Certification and research writing
• Soft skills: Developed strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with test subjects patiently and respectfully during consent taking and cognitive testing.
