Injection of antigen into rabbits to raise polyclonal antibody, collecting and drawing blood from immunized rabbit, purifying antibody from blood serum, mating mice for research study, isolating cortex and hippocampus tissues from mouse embryos, preparing primary cell cultures of cortical neurons from cortex and hippocampus tissues.
