Belinda Loh

I am Belinda Loh, an experienced event planner and student leader with strong leadership and interpersonal skills that make me a valuable team player. During my time as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion at TomoWork Talent Accelerator Programme, I collaborated with special education needs participants on corporate projects with Sembcorp. One of my notable achievements was implementing an efficient Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) tracking process for 377 indicators, reducing the time required from 2 hours to 5 minutes per indicator. In my role as a Payroll Assistant at PAP Community Foundation, I processed monthly payroll for 500 relief staff using HRIS and supervised contract staff to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work. I have also served as a Student Ambassador at Nanyang Technological University and held leadership roles as a Student Councillor and Senior Clarinetist at Tampines Secondary School. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese at Nanyang Technological University and holding a Diploma in Business with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Temasek Polytechnic, I am actively involved in community service and passionate about exploring various fields in human resource management.

This streamlined process resulted in significant time savings and increased overall efficiency in managing ESG data.

In my role as a Payroll Assistant at PAP Community Foundation, I was responsible for processing monthly payroll for a large team of 500 relief staff using HRIS (Human Resource Informative System). Additionally, I took on the role of supervising contract staff to ensure accuracy and timely completion of their work. By maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict timelines, I ensured that payroll processes were carried out with precision and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the smooth and timely payment of employees.
