Bernard Wong Weng Keong

I provide technical support to large-scale cloud computing systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in cloud-based infrastructure and applications. Using cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, I deploy, manage, and optimize cloud resources, including troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance and implementing automation. I am also competent in managing projects and teams to deliver KPIs. 

In my previous banking job experience at Citibank, I managed a small operations team and worked with IT teams to ensure smooth project implementation and system launches to enhance user experience. As a senior educator in MOE, I was involved in research work as well as teaching. As a cloud engineer at NCS supporting government projects using AWS services, Jenkins automation tool and Azure tools, I fully understand the critical role in coordinating the efforts among IT, compliance and business operations to achieve the overall KPIs.
