  • Assist with incoming calls and emails when necessary. 
  • Handle escalation calls. 
  • Investigate customer's complaint with the After Sales Service Provider and Dealers. 
  • Provide training to the Customer Service Officers. 
  • Keep track of the daily call abandonment rate and ensure all Customer Service Officers are available to take calls from customers. 
  • Plan and set SOP for the Customer Service team to follow. 
  • Handle outstanding and monthly invoice billing from the Repair Provider.
  • Based on the company's policy, provide justification for requesting a replacement set for a faulty machine.
  • Apply the new replacement set and arrange a one-to-one exchange for the customer's faulty machine.
  • Prepare delivery orders and return notes for delivery teams.
