At my age, I have gained a lot of life and work experience. I have traveled and worked in many different places around the world. I have two nationalities (French and Russian), I am open-minded and I can adapt to everything very quickly. I treat each person as I would like to be treated, with respect and dignity. I am a perfectionist person who never gives up until I get positive results. I am an excellent team player because I get along easily with everyone. I have a strong mentality, a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
I want to settle and work in Asia. I am very interested in learning local cultures and languages.
My sense of hospitality and service is impeccable, and my increased sense of organization and my reactivity allow me to easily resolve all types of situations that may arise. Experience
I started working from an early age. When I was only 18 I worked for 6 months in Moscow, Russia as a Merchandiser and Jr. Sales Manager for Bibendum LLC, which sold the best quality coffee and tea like Molinari Coffee and Dammann Brothers in Russia at that time.
Then, I worked for 5 years at the Hotel Le Pigonnet ***** in Aix-en-Provence. I wanted to experience all the existing positions at the Frontdesk. I acquired solid experience as a Receptionist, Night Auditor, Reservations Agent, Concierge and Bellboy. I then decided to work in Switzerland to gain more international experience, which is where I was hired by the W Verbier *****. I learned very quickly all the standards and processes of the W chain and the Marriott group, to use Opera and to work in a very dynamic and international environment. I held a rotating position as Welcome Agent and Assistant Night Manager for 3 years. And twice became the best employee of the month. Then I had to help run the family business in my mother's absence. Therefore, I worked as an Operations and Customer Service Manager at Bastide St-Esteve, France for about 6 months. When my mother fully recovered, I decided to continue my global adventure and chose The Brando ***** in the middle of the Pacific Ocean as my next destination. I was recruited as Night Manager. Now I'm in charge of the whole resort at night. I created and set up our internal newsletter. I also created and improved night processes and the checklist. I manage, coach and train the night staff on a daily basis.
Education
Regarding my qualifications, I hold an International Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences from the Centre International de Valbonne.
Then I studied for 2 years at the University of Maastricht in International Business and European studies. I switched to Hospitality studies because I was more interested in it. I obtained a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management at the Ecole Hôtelière de Provence.
