• Identified the novel disagreggation property of L-PGDS for amyloids using ThT assay, DLS, TEM, HPLC and fluorescence microscopy. 
• Established the interaction between Amyloid-β peptide and L-PGDS using NMR, Small angle X-ray scattering, MD simulation, MALDI-TOF, and proteomics. Analysed and compiled the data for manuscript preparation.
• Avidly participated in projects other than the thesis work such as studying the amyloidogenic peptides involved in corneal dystrophy and the LPGDS-Heme interactions which led to journal publications.
• Maintained the safety documents and followed safe laboratory practices as a safety officer. Managed purchase of chemicals and consumables.
