As a Marketing professional, my key focus is to plan marketing campaigns & meet the KPI with team-oriented approaches. I am always happy to support my team members, allow them to be creative & bring the team spirit together to get the best result. I love digging & analyzing the metrics & finding ways for improvement.

 I have been in SG for the past 15 years & I have a total of 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing. It started with ClickTrue, a Digital Marketing Agency. I was Digital Marketing Sales Consultant.

Since then, in all my last 3 roles, I have been fully hands-on in running end-to-end Google Search & Display campaigns, creating ad copies from scratch, doing AB testing, reporting, and optimising the campaigns. I run ads on Facebook, Instagram, & Linkedin.

Some career highlights would be: When I was in Babilou Family, I created all the social media pages for each brand & I fully managed them, which brought 100s of leads every year. Created a CRM system on Google Data Studio with the help of a Digital Marketing Agency, which helped us analyse conversion rates of each channel, conversions from a number of leads to Booking a centre tour, & final Sales conversion. That enabled us to allocate our budget & resources in more effective ways.

In my current role, I run all our SEM ads in-house & I am the only person who manages them. On top of that, I am constantly improving our company's SEO which increased our website impressions by more than 200% in 1st year & organic clicks increased by more than 30% each year.
