• Assisted the team through document review and proofreading for regulatory compliance, ensuring efficient project progress. 
• Drafted legal documents necessary for the transaction, including a director’s loan agreement, customer and supplier disclosure consent letters, and declaration and resume forms for independent directors. 
• Reviewed complex due diligence documents prepared by Chinese lawyers, pinpointing key issues for further due diligence and clarification, showcasing strong attention to detail. 
• Translated legal and non-legal documents between Chinese and English, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. 
• Participated in and documented multi-party discussions conducted in English and Chinese, providing accurate records for subsequent referencing by the team.
