Over many years of working in Hospitality industry, I'm specialised in customisation to customers needs. Managing private lounge, as the main purchaser, procure & source goods, equipment for private events, primary contact to suppliers to maintain good relationships with all vendors.
Experience
Managing a private C-suite lounge. Over 8 years of customer service in the Hospitality Industry, familiar with finding suitable suppliers, control stocks and inventories as well as sales, PnL reports. I learn fast and trained to work under pressure.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards as
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Education
Currently attending part-time degree course in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Sejong Cyber University.
