• Developing and preparation of specific QCP’s, ITP’s & relevant QA QC procedures for respective projects
• Familiar with Carbon steel, Low temp. Carbon steel, Stainless steel 304L,310H,316L special materials such as Inconel,
Aluminum, Titanium, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Inconel657, Inconel to Dissimilar, low alloys
P5A, P5B, P91., and relevant welding consumables Stellite as well.
• Familiar with PVC, PVDF, HDPE Plastic piping.
• Familiar with Quality Management databases such as ERP, PQMS, ISOMAN.
• Knowledge in Brugg Flex well piping systems.
• Experience in FRP double-wall tank installation inspections & Ballasting.
• Familiar with "U", "R" stamp works
• Preparation of Mechanical Completion ITRs & Compilation
• Lead the Inspection of Commissioning Tests (FAT, SAT) such as Lighting, HVAC, Fire Detection, Lightning and MCC
• Preparation of QMS & EHS Management System documentation. Preparation of safety forms and enforcement.
• Formation of the HSE Committee along with the help of the Safety Officer.
• Performed regular safety inspections and safety documentation.
• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance and Annual Maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Qualified OHSAS18001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 Auditing.
• Perform Method Statements, Risk Assessments & Job Safety Analysis.
• Responsible for preparation and revision of project quality plan, method statements, and inspection & test plans in
compliance with project requirements for further submitting it for the client’s approval.
• Arranging and monitoring up to date quality inspection activities for each job orders through discipline Inspectors that the
processes at all stages are carried out as per the contract specifications, quality plans, customers specifications,
international standard requirements.
• Monitoring the organization's and sub-contractor’s quality systems by conducting internal and external audits, reviewing
the causes of non-conformances occurred, and providing suitable solutions to it.
• Participating in management review, internal project review, and client’s weekly quality, progress meetings.
• Planning and conducting regular Inspections on subcontractors, and vendor's work activities.
