Gim Teik

I’m a Chartered QS with 25 years of experience managing all aspects of the pre and post-contract — from Routh Order Estimate to Final Account — both consultant and contracting companies spanning Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Gim Teik is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive management skills and technical knowledge and has over 20 years plus of work experience, with 15 years of management experience spanning Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

He has worked on a wide range of projects gained both in consultant and contracting companies during his career. Fields of expertise include cost planning, procurement and tendering, cost management and reporting, contract administration and change management, and claims/dispute management and resolution.

Extensive and practical experience working in Traditional, Design and Build procurement strategies under several different contract forms, including FIDIC, NEC, SIA, PSSCOC, and bespoke partnering frameworks
