  • Management of Property Loan facilities that have become delinquent.
  • Arrange for viewing and auction of sale of properties with valuers and auction agents. 
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales, to ensure that Loans approved are converted to loan submissions for business growth.
  • Ensure that credit and security documentation, when submitted, are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies for both Hire Purchase, Flooring Facility and Property Loans applications.
  • Control movements of the credit files; ensure there is a robust process for the safe custody and control of all credit files and security documents;
  • Ensuring all the pre and post disbursement conditions are in order and met accordingly to timeline.
  • Regular brainstorming discussions with Senior Management and Group General Manager on the growth of the business model.
  • Monitor all irregularities, past dues, documentation deficiencies, etc are followed-up.
  • Manage a team of 6-8 Credit/Operations administrators that handle the day to day operations of the company.

  • Check and approved payment to Vendors prior to forwarding Cheques to signatories for signature.
