I had been a restaurant manager for over 7 years and working in club med as Gentle Organiser for 7 years. I have total over 15 years of experience in hotel& resort and Food and Beverage industry. My 7 years of experience in Club Med is a great way for me to learn and develop a strong set of interpersonal skill, marketing and client experience. This has paved the way to help me succeed in my later role as bar manager and restaurant in 2 most successful thai restaurants in Hong Kong (CHACHAWAN 2014-2016, before the company went on IPO  in HK as 8519.HK; SAMSEN, both branches got Michelin Bib Gourmand and also restaurant of the year by HK Tatler Magazine)

Throughout my career, i had been working in more than 8 countries including North Asia, Southeast Asia, Caribbean and North America. I had met people from different parts of the world and all walks of life. i had dealt with top marketing company in promoting new brand in most competitive and efficient market. (e.g. club med when it first opened in China; CHACHAWAN and SAMSEN when they first opened in Hong Kong) I have been instrumental in building team and developing thriving F&B business during one of the most difficult time in past 3 years.

I believe that my experience, skill, passion and ability to work under tremendous pressure will make me an asset to whichever organization I work at.
