My experience in managing large, multicultural teams in multi-religious and community settings has shown me that my professional value lies in being an effective communicator with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. This is crucial in engaging stakeholders to navigate through ambiguous and challenging situations to achieve organisational KPIs. In addition, I have vast experience in recruiting volunteers, conduct orientation programs and training needs analysis for new volunteers.

I have also been doing internal recruitment for more than a year in a statutory board. I have learnt to adapt quickly to a completely new career and working in a fast-paced environment.
