• Design and develop a data-driven visual dashboard for Razer that increase visibility to all 10 branch offices across the globe by at least 80%, delivering on demand status of business-critical processes and the infrastructure that supports them.
• Adapt and implement new workflows with increased integration with multiple systems within 3 days company-wide, ensuring smooth transition from onsite to remote work, enabling Razer to swiftly adapt its business continuity plan and strategies without interruption.
• Implement Asset Management that provides better visibility and accountability enabling the company to reduce risk such as inventory discrepancies by 73 % for the current year. 
• Develop a label printing visitor management system in ServiceNow to improve visitor experience from requiring a two-step registration (once in the visitor management system (VMS) and once in the wireless guest portal) to a single registration to VMS by using REST API between VMS and wireless system.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SCCM to automate the software distribution request.
• Leverage on discovery, SCCM and CMDB to provide our infra team a platform to track the fixed assets.
• Integrate with Microsoft Teams via PowerApps to allow user to create incident via Teams communication.
• Enhance the Purchase Requisition module to include the ability to track budget to better control departmental budget.
