Executive, Sales Advisory & Business Quality - dec 2021 to current
Ensure that the monitoring are fulfilled. Examples are close monitoring on agents and their managers to be on track on the requirement needed to complete the close monitoring under sales advisory requirement.

• Conduct monthly meeting sessions, thrice each month, to the close monitoring Reps and Managers to review the findings that were sighted and go through the important highlights that need to take note of.
• Conduct reviews to monitor the reps have duly fulfilled the requirements as set out in the Guidelines, which includes the review of documentation such as coaching forms, Joint Fieldwork Assessment, completion of CPD hours monthly.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and agency force to ensure that the Training & Competency (T&C) requirements of the Agency Management Guidelines are effectively communicated, understood and implemented.
• Respond to FSC's queries on quality of advice and appropriate recommendation.
• Guide managers to monitor various quality aspects to achieve highest professionalism and standards.
• Review monthly vulnerable client's policy and ensure FSC and manager did the proper procedure checks.
• To establish and maintain a strong business relationship with FSCs and Leaders to develop their competency in sales advisory.
• Analyses sales documentation, to provides follow up for Reps to complete and insights for improvement towards Sales advisory
• Update Sharepoint folders
