Experience

As an Art Therapist  and have been working in social sectors, I have seen lots of individuals and family underestimated many of the tell-tell signs in relating mental health and personal well being.  The most common issue is stress and emotional stability ame spring off to many other unhealthy habits(and behaviours). 

I work is mainly assisting individuals and family members in addressing mental health related issues In an helpful way and understanding the context and work it’s way out. 
i also witness the important of having good support and physical exercise as one form self care to enhance personal wellbeing. 

Education

Graduated as an Art Therapist since 2006, serving in social sectors and have been attending workshops in Singapore and Hong Kong in the related field.
