Handle the full set of accounts and ensure monthly closing is within the deadline. • Billings,payments processing and data entry using MYOB to record transactions relating to Seals,Purchase,Receivables,Payables and Cash in atimely manner. • Monitor and maintain cash flow by ensuring cash collection and cash expenditure on schedule. • Review monthly bank reconciliations • Review month-end payroll accrual • Review AR/AP ageing reports to ensure compliance • Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit • Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheet • Prepare audit schedules for year-end audit and liaise on audit matters • Review accounts prepared by bookkeepers so as to ensure compliance to require accounting standard and deadline • Undertake any other assignments given by account manager
