I am a positive and cheerful person, who is passionate and willing to constantly grow in the Engineering field. Currently worked a total of 2.5 years in a semiconductor company, Micron, as a Process and Equipment Engineer (PEE) as well as a Manufacturing Production Engineer (ME).

Process and Equipment Engineer:

- Support manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis on equipment alarms, SPC OOC/OOS, defect failure, FDC failure, wafer breakage, drifts by containing and identifying source of problem, implementing containment and preventive actions based on past studies and thorough investigation.
- Engaged material vendors for continuous material outsourcing and evaluation to improve process condition/stability and cost reduction.
- Tool release on new/existing equipment for better capacity/flexibility.
- Collaborate with fellow stakeholders such as Equipment team, Manufacturing Production team, Area Engineer, Real-Time Defect Analysis Engineer and Process Integration Engineer to ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high yield without affecting the production line.

Manufacturing Production Engineer:

Monitoring the line and ensure output is met by maximizing tool utilization with a runmode.
- Provide real time analysis, problem solving and decision-making in response to production line issues.
- Collaborate with engineers from other departments to jointly address the critical process or equipment issues.
- Lead team in line management and on projects with end goal of delivering optimal quality and cost-effective products.
- Work on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) such as improving Auto-Auto and Virtual Lot testing to ensure a smooth release of a new DID, as well as leading Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) projects alongside my technicians.
